Tri Travelodge Travel

Our 3rd night in 'luxury' accommodation since making ourselves homeless.
We find ourselves at Maidstone for the water and fireworks festival. Northampton saw fireworks of a different kind with troublesome drunks being ejected from the 'lodge (apparently, and not us before you ask).
Last night we were at the Chessington 'one towel, one cup' Travelodge and tomorrow is early doors for the Eurotunnel and France where we can hopefully begin to relax and enjoy what we've started...

Big Trip - Planning; (small trip planning update too)

Test run of our European Holiday Home (the tent) completed at Wicksteed Park and even a few drops of rain overnight. We even 'deliberately forgot' a few things to ensure we know to remember essential items, er like pillows! Thanks to The Ewens for company all day and evening on Saturday - and we even got to see a shooting star....
